Hands-on background in offshore pipeline execution, marine infrastructure, and complex multi-contractor delivery in Israel. Project Manager experience across the full onshore execution chain on national-scale gas pipeline projects — including site establishment, HDD landfall, pull-in operations, and pre-commissioning support.

Selected Project Experience
Two national-scale offshore gas pipeline projects executed in Israel — both involving HDD landfalls, onshore pull-in operations, and pipeline pre-commissioning under multi-national contractor environments.
A 24″ offshore gas pipeline tied into Israel's existing 30″ national transmission line via hot-tap, PLEM, and rigid spool arrangement. Five-phase involvement from site establishment through pre-commissioning.
A 36″ offshore high-pressure gas pipeline forming a new southern transmission loop, with HDD landfalls at two sites. Multi-phase involvement from execution through pre-commissioning.
