Common questions

Questions we often get asked.

Direct answers to the questions partners typically raise in a first conversation.

Are you a consulting firm or an execution partner?
We are an execution partner. Advisory work that does not move into delivery is not our model. Our involvement is structured around real project outcomes — bid positioning, supplier mobilization, stakeholder coordination, and on-the-ground delivery. If your need is a strategy deck, we are not the right fit.
How is A&S Global different from a local agent or BD representative?
A typical local agent opens doors and steps back. We stay engaged through execution — coordinating suppliers, managing local interfaces, and supporting commercial delivery. The relationship is partnership-shaped, not transactional.
Do you require exclusivity in our market segment?
Exclusivity arrangements depend on engagement scope and segment. For active project mandates we typically operate on a non-conflict basis — we will not represent two parties bidding the same opportunity. Sector-wide exclusivity is structured case by case.
Are you a registered Israeli entity?
Yes. A&S Global Ltd is registered in Israel with full legal and tax standing. All engagements are contracted under Israeli law unless otherwise agreed. Confidentiality and data handling are governed by mutual NDA from the first conversation.
How quickly can you mobilize on a live opportunity?
Initial conversation within 48 hours of inquiry. Engagement framework agreed within one week of confidential briefing. Active deployment timing depends on scope — for known segments where our network is already in place, support can begin in days rather than weeks.
